I placed an order but didn’t get an order confirmation email

If you are using any email service hosted by Microsoft (Hotmail / Live / Outlook (including corporate Outlook accounts) / etc), it is very likely that you won’t receive any email from me. Lately also AT&T in the US has been doing the same. Both are very trigger happy to block whole netblocks if there is any spam coming from any of the hundreds of other customers in the same block. I have never sent any spam, have never been on any public blocklist and yet my outbound SMTP is blocked. This is out of my control, sorry.

I have a scope X, can you make a lever for it?

Possibly. If possible, I’d like to have the scope on hand and measure the dimensions myself and then make make a test piece. But I have made levers without ever seeing the scope, based on measurements taken by someone else. Email me (please see the bit above about emails).

I would like to have the handle of the lever X in other position, can you make one for me?

Yes. I can make a custom version from any existing lever model. So shorter handle, longer handle, handle in different position, etc. All possible. Normal pricing with a minimum order of four (4) levers / version. Email me.

Do you accept returns?

Yes. You may return the items within 14 days from receipt for a full refund. Buyer pays return shipping. With customized items all sales are final (no returns).

Is there a warranty?

Yes, two years for materials and workmanship.

What colors are available?

You can have any color you like, as long as it is black.

Is there a discount if I buy two?

Haha. No.
